Making medical appointments is an act of self-love and self-care.

Medical tests can be approached as getting proof that NOTHING is wrong, rather than anticipating that something is wrong.

Why are you expending energy on things and people that are beyond your control?

Voluntarily doing what we don't want to do builds the strength to handle involuntary challenges.

You are worth honoring your commitments to yourself for your own health and wellbeing.

If you have the urge to do something nice for your body - do it!
